1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use vxspeed.com or place an order with the VXSPEED online store. VXSPEED is the trading name presented by this store.

2. Products and vehicle application

We describe each product using the information available for that SKU. Vehicle application can depend on the chassis code, body style, trim or bumper, facelift version and existing modifications. You must review the product page and ask us before ordering if any application detail is unclear.

A fitment enquiry is guidance based on the information and photographs you provide. The part must still be inspected and test-fitted before any permanent installation work. Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights where goods are faulty or not as described.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. The product price, delivery charge and order total are shown before you submit the order. The payment methods currently available to you are shown at checkout. We do not claim that a payment method is available unless Shopify displays it for your order.

4. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, the price or description contains a clear error, the payment is not authorised, the delivery address cannot be served, or fraud prevention checks require it. If we cancel after taking payment, we will refund the affected amount.

5. Delivery

The store currently accepts orders for UK delivery. Services, charges and estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy and are confirmed at checkout. Unless otherwise agreed, we will deliver within 30 days as required by applicable UK distance-selling rules.

6. Cancellation, returns and refunds

Your cancellation and return rights are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Installation and use

Inspect and test-fit the item before drilling, applying adhesive, painting, trimming or making another permanent change. Follow product-specific instructions and use a competent professional installer when the fixing method, preparation or alignment is unclear. Stop using an installed part if it becomes loose or damaged.

8. Intellectual property and third-party names

VXSPEED site content, branding and product media may not be copied or used commercially without permission. BMW model names and chassis codes are used only to describe vehicle application. VXSPEED is not affiliated with or endorsed by BMW.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or your mandatory consumer rights. We are not responsible for loss caused by ignoring the written vehicle application, failing to test-fit, or installation that does not follow the product-specific requirements, except where the law provides otherwise.

10. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Shopify provides the store and checkout infrastructure.

11. Changes and applicable law

The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order. We may update these terms for future use. Applicable UK law governs these terms, and consumers retain any mandatory rights and forum protections available in the part of the United Kingdom where they live.
