When your order arrives
- Check the outer packaging before opening and photograph visible transit damage.
- Inspect the product, finish and package contents before installation.
- Compare the SKU and application with your order and vehicle.
- Contact us before installation if the item appears damaged, incomplete or different from the order.
Test-fit before any permanent work
Place and align the complete part on the vehicle before drilling, applying adhesive, painting, trimming or changing the product. Stop if the mounting position or vehicle specification does not match the written application.
Professional installation
Use a competent professional installer when the fixing method, alignment or surface preparation is unclear. VXSPEED does not describe a product as easy to install unless product-specific instructions support that statement.
Cleaning and care
- Use a soft cloth and a mild, non-abrasive automotive cleaner.
- Avoid harsh solvents, abrasive pads and high-pressure spray at edges or fixing points.
- Inspect the part and fixings periodically and stop using the product if it becomes loose or damaged.
Warranty and statutory rights
