Where we deliver

VXSPEED currently accepts online orders for delivery within the United Kingdom. European Union and other international checkout are not currently enabled. We will publish the relevant delivery, tax and returns terms before enabling additional markets.

UK delivery services

• Standard: £4.99, or free for orders of £50 and over. Estimated delivery service: 3–5 business days.
• Express: £6.99. Estimated delivery service: 1–2 business days.

The available service, final delivery charge and estimated date are shown at checkout before you place the order. Business days exclude weekends and UK public holidays. Estimates are not guaranteed where delay is caused by the carrier, severe weather, an incorrect address or another event outside our reasonable control.

Order processing and dispatch

Orders are reviewed and prepared before dispatch. We will send an order confirmation and a dispatch notification when the order has been handed to the delivery service. Tracking information is provided where supported by the selected service.

Delivery address

Check the delivery address before placing your order. Contact us immediately if it needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee an address change after dispatch.

Damage, loss or delay

Inspect the package when it arrives. If it is damaged, incomplete or has not arrived within the estimated window, contact info@vxspeed.com with your order number and photographs where relevant. We will review the carrier information and explain the next step. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Change-of-mind cancellation for UK online orders

You may cancel an eligible online order by telling us within 14 days after the goods are delivered. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods. You do not need to give a reason.

To start a return, email info@vxspeed.com with your order number, the item you wish to return and a clear cancellation statement. Do not send an unannounced return.

Return condition and fitment parts

You may inspect an item in the same way you reasonably could in a shop. Please test-fit before drilling, applying adhesive, painting, trimming or making another permanent change. We may reduce the refund to reflect loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the item's nature, characteristics and function, to the extent permitted by law.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival or not as described, you are responsible for the return delivery cost and for using suitable protective packaging. We recommend a tracked service for large or shaped automotive parts.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us promptly with your order number and supporting photographs where appropriate. We will explain the return, repair, replacement or refund option that applies. We will cover reasonable return costs where required by law. This policy does not limit your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Refunds

Where a change-of-mind cancellation is accepted, we will refund the product price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery service. Any extra amount paid for an upgraded delivery service is not refundable unless required by law.

We will issue the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, as applicable. Refunds are made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
